To use live setup assistance, please ensure:

• You have a stable internet connection

• You have a compatible streaming device

• You are available during the scheduled call window.

• You must schedule the call at your convenience through the online scheduler.

Setup assistance is limited to 1 device only.

Login details are typically sent within 30 minutes after payment is confirmed. During peak hours, activation may take up to 1 hour. All login details are delivered to the verified email address used at checkout.

Important: If you subscribe between Friday 8PM CST through Saturday 8PM CST your login details will be delayed, as our team is out of the office during this time.

Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support. If you selected live setup assistance, you may schedule your call after receiving your login details.

Yes. We provide premium access to iMPlayer through your 7-digit Management Code, which is sent after signup.

You do not need to purchase iMPlayer separately when using our service.

iMPlayer can be downloaded directly onto your device:

• Apple devices: Apple App Store (search for iMPlayer)

• Fire Stick / Fire TV: Install using the Downloader app. Follow app installation instructions found at: https://plentitv.com/install

After installing the app, select Management Code Login and enter your 7-digit code.

You do not need to use Xtream Codes login.
